Shipping Prices

Patchwork on Central Park has made sure that our customers have the best postage provider at the most competitive rates. Orders will be shipped by Australia Post or Australian Air Express, depending on the weight of the parcel.

If you wish to check these charges before you make a purchase, add the items to your cart and start to check out. Shipping charges will be determined before you pay for your order.

Here is a guide (within Australia)

- Up to 100gm       $5.50 

- 100 to 250gm     $6.50

-  250 - 500gm       $7.50

- 500gm - 3kg        $9.95

- 3 - 5kg                    $14.95

All orders sent through Australia Post will be registered.

For orders weighing over 5kg, we will email you a quote for shipping before processing your order.

**Internations orders** - Once the order has been placed, we will send you a shipping quote. Credit card payments will not be processed until we hear back from you confirming these costs. 

Delivery times

As soon as we're able to process payment for your order, we aim to dispatch it within 48 hours. On average, you can expect your order to be delivered in as little as 2-5 business days from the time your order is dispatched; depending on your location (remote regions may take longer).

Receiving your order

We require a signature when orders are received and delivery addresses provided should have someone available to receive goods during normal business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday). Alternatively the order can be picked up from the location listed on the carded slip. We can also arrange for the parcel to be left at the delivery address. In these cases though, we cannot accept responsibilty if an order goes missing or is damaged.

Orders can be delivered to PO Boxes.
